Welcome to Riverside Canoe.
As one of the most challenging times in our country and in the world today. We know that all of you wonderful river lovers are more than ready, after being confined for so long, to be in the great outdoors enjoying everything nature has to offer and participating in adventures on the New River.
As always at Riverside Canoe, the safety, health and well-being of our guests and staff will remain our highest priority. In light of the risks associated with COVID-19, we are modifying our operations. For folks who wish to come to the mountains to enjoy outdoor activities on the New River, we welcome you, with necessary changes. We ask, as responsible guests that you assist us in following guidelines for the health and safety of our community.
Please do not travel to our location if you or a member of your party is ill, exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to Covid-19 within 14 days prior to your visit.
Riverside will follow the guidelines for social distancing, especially in our vans, bus, office, retail store and restrooms.
We will be following all guidelines for cleaning / sanitization / disinfection protocols for guest areas, lodging, vehicles, and shared specialty equipment.
Reservations will be required for all activities.
A Group of 10 or more must call for Reservations.

The weather in the mountains is unpredictable. The weather forecast in your area may not coincide with what is actually happening here in the mountains. We suggest always call before coming. We will give you an honest assessment on river & weather conditions.
All customers are required to complete our Waiver.
Customer Information Form and waiver, print out the form, read it, complete and sign the bottom section only. Please put the names and ages of everyone in your party on the bottom or back of the waiver.
