RiverSide Canoe Guided Canoe Trips

Experienced paddler and guide Terry Kepple will take you on a 4 day, 3 night canoe/camping trip along the New River. The trip starts where Route 16 crosses the South Fork of the New River 3 miles east of Jefferson, and will end at the 93 bridge access in Virginia. Overall you will paddle approximately 32 miles stopping at three state park camping destinations. Your daily paddle schedules will allow for stops along the river for lunch and relaxation, playing in the river or more exploration and hiking. All meals are included and will be prepared by your guide. Your final day will end with hot showers at our location and a special dinner. Riverside provides the canoes, paddles and life jackets. Each person must bring their own camping gear. Your gear and supplies will be delivered to the campsites on the first two nights.

Each scheduled trip is limited to 8 people plus the guide. The cost is $425 + 7% tax per person for the full trip including meals. Trip members will meet at Riverside Canoe. Reservations are required for each trip. A deposit will be due upon reservation and the balance due 14 days prior to trip.
